As Irene said, this is a great post on Allan and I think it is awesome that you sized him up during the Madness. I wondered what people would do exactly when they found out who they were up against -- I'm going to bookmark this and refer to it in the run-up to next year's Madness! -EdEd DeCariahttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02008811161729435126noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4697562568281773339.post-35007944839902848432012-04-21T12:00:50.179-04:002012-04-21T12:00:50.179-04:00Thanks, Irene. Maybe that's why all those rats were having a free for all.

I was sad that I couldn't get my comment to post on the round up yesterday. Thanks for stopping by.Dorainehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04421672075192660319noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4697562568281773339.post-91154814358573731962012-04-21T10:03:18.717-04:002012-04-21T10:03:18.717-04:00Wow. We still buy every book or movie that comes along. Second, that you tracked down the poet who beat you in round one! That is SO AWESOME. Third, the way Allan wrote this book. Really fantastic.

Side note: I read recently about a cat that was on board the Titanic, but when they made their first stop (in Ireland??), the cat was seen moving her kittens off the ship, one by one, as mama cats do. The cat was there because of the rats on the ship. But somehow she KNEW. She got herself and her babies to safety. It could be my most favorite Titanic story ever!
Thanks for sharing, Doraine. xoIrene Lathamhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04905936104127707762noreply@blogger.com
