  2. There is a reason the Chinese named Ox as one of their zodiac animals. They are special creatures. I love this Ox. This Ox has his/her priorities straight. Perhaps a messy kitchen or dog hair to vacuum up from the carpet. But, this Ox knows that time for each activity is a blessing from God.

  3. The book is new to me and I think I would like it. Doraine. Simple words can mean different things to the reader. A plaintive voice calls out, and who will listen?

  4. How appropriate that the ox has a quiet steady voice. Phlegmatic, with secret thoughts. Love it.

  9. Dori, this is a timely piece. Slowing down to savor life is important.
My daughter's baby has slowed down time because she is still comfortable inside the womb rather than arriving.
